On deck we have the Aria Portland gin, a wonderfully versatile cocktail friendly London Dry, the Deadwood Bourbon and Rye from the minds that brought us the Redemption line and (Derek's favorite!) the Orchard Hill Ten66 Pommeau - a NY apple brandy base that's mixed with fresh NY apple juice and rested in oak for 3 years. Very excited to be showing you these beauties. As always, 5-8 on Friday and 2-5 on Saturday.
